We believe that dining with us should always feel relaxed and enjoyable, which is why we choose not to automatically add a 12.5% service charge to our guests’ bills. Instead, we leave this entirely to your discretion. If you feel that the service you’ve received deserves a small gesture of thanks, our team are always grateful — but there is absolutely no expectation or pressure to do so.

We just ask for 48 hours’ notice from 12.00 noon if you’d like to change or cancel your reservation. If you do cancel within this time period or just don’t turn up, without warning, we have to charge £75 per person unless, of course, we’re able to resell the table for as many or more guests, in which case we charge nothing.
Our 2026 Closure Dates are 20-26th April, 24-30th August, 2-8th November.
We reserve the right to vary and amend this cancellation for special periods of the year such as Xmas and New Year, Valentines and Graduation Week. Please see our terms and conditions for additional information.
