Spring is very much a season worth celebrating, and our Taste of Spring menu certainly gets the party started.

Seasonal choices, local suppliers, inspired combinations, beautiful flavours balanced with care: Chris Cleghorn and his team have (again) pulled out all the stops.

Not to mention our own, baked-here bread served with Ivy House Farm butter, also Somerset, also a star turn in its own right.
