You may have already heard about our special lunch service on Sunday 7th July – if not, you can find out more here. Our charitable endeavours would not be possible without the support of our team and suppliers; keep reading to find out more about the producers helping to make our Social Sunday event happen.

Total Produce

Total Produce has kindly given us the vegetables and dairy required to bring Chef’s ideas to life.

Paxton and Whitfield

Renowned supplier Paxton and Whitfield’s 36-month aged parmesan will be what adorns the tagliatelle course.

Walter Rose

The lamb rump course would be incomplete without Walter Rose and Son’s expert cut of meat – they are master butchers whose produce never fails to impress.

Wiltshire Truffles

The Australian black truffle required for our tagliatelle dish has been complimentarily provided by Wiltshire Truffles who are experts in importing truffles from around the world (as well as sourcing from their very own secret Wiltshire location).

Café du Monde

Ethical and award-winning, Café du Monde are kindly providing their coffee beans to allow us to serve diners a choice of coffee to enjoy after lunch.

Classic Fine Foods

Chef needed a delectable 70% dark chocolate for dessert – Classic Fine Foods graciously provided this, one of many exceptional ingredients and unique gourmet products they find around the world.

Jing Tea

Post-lunch tea is quintessentially English, and thanks to Jing Tea diners will be treated to a classic English Breakfast tea to finish off their special lunch.

Mevalco

For Spanish ingredients such as anchovies and olive oil (required for our lamb course and dessert respectively) there is only one place to go. Mevalco kindly donated these ingredients.

Fine Wines Direct

Owen has been hard at work pairing our main courses and dessert. He made his selection alongside the team from Fine Wines; independent, specialist importer of exciting wines from throughout the world.

Hallgarten Wines

Boasting a worldwide list of outstanding wine, Hallgarten Wines have provided us with the arrival Champagne, as well as the matching wine with the starters.

Yapp Brothers

Yapp Brothers have kindly provided us with the wines for our vegetarian options – they are experts in sourcing characterful wines from small independent wine makers.

Nectar

Nectar have kindly donated still and sparkling water for Social Sunday, that both our diners and staff can enjoy.

We are sure that you are tantalised enough – you can view our Social Sunday Lunch Menu here.

“Having such passionate suppliers really does make the job easy,” says Head Chef Chris. “The source of any great dish is about excellent produce, lovely prepared but not over worked. That is my passion and ethos for the food that we do today.”

“We are delighted that some of our key wine suppliers, whom we work with very closely, are helping us to support such a great cause during Social Sunday at The Olive Tree. We have worked together to select some wines that are reflective of our unique and individual wine list, whilst also matching perfectly with Chef’s menu. We are looking forward to seeing how the day goes!”  – Owen Farr, Restaurant Manager.

We extend a massive thank you to all of our suppliers for helping support Hospitality Action. We have limited tables available for Sunday 7th July – reserve your table for lunch here.
