Here at The Olive Tree Restaurant, and our hotel The Queensberry, we’re pretty passionate about The Environment and being green is one of many things we strive to achieve each day in our quest for the best guest experience. Therefore, we were thrilled to have been announced as the only establishment in Bath to receive the prestigious TripAdvisor GreenLeaders certification (cue applause).
The GreenLeaders Program recognises hotels that engage in environmentally friendly practices, making it easier for travelers to find and book a greener stay. Those lucky properties to be awarded are marked with a badge on their TripAdvisor page, with a list of green policies and commitments. The top national and international green industry and sustainability experts helped develop the scheme to ensure places like us meet the high standards that guests expect. We wouldn’t want any less for our lovely diners at The Olive Tree!
Need our heads get any bigger, we’re still celebrating after receiving a Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor for 2014, showcasing us as part of the top 10 percent of businesses listed on the World’s Largest Travel site. We’re more than chuffed with this accolade, as certificates are given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews on TripAdvisor. Who do we have to thank for that? Well, our fabulous guests of course!
