We never like to toot our own horn, but our tireless hard work and attention to detail has gifted us with some impressive accolades recently, and with our restaurant manager Joss Roussanne joining us in February of last year, his contribution is hugely attributable. His diligent efforts have pushed the levels of service extensively and have led to him being shortlisted for ‘Restaurant Manager of the Year’ at the Boutique Hotelier Awards!
Through Joss’ dedication and assiduousness, he has gathered a loyal local following of diners and an extremely strong and dependable team. His team have great respect for his leadership, passion and unwavering commitment to quality – aren’t we complimentary? Rightly so, however.
The Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Awards are one of a kind, rewarding those employees going above and beyond. They have been introduced to recognise the hard work and passion witnessed from thousands of hospitality professionals on a daily basis. They seek out the employees who work tirelessly every day to give guests a service that is second to none.
The winner of the category will be announced at the glittering ceremony on October 21st. We wish Joss the best of luck in his category and look forward to finding out the results – but the nomination is an accolade itself as recognition of his efforts!
