Taste of Winter
Chris Cleghorn and his team have (again) pulled out all the stops.
However you might currently feel about darkness, drizzle and de-icer, gastronomically, winter is very much a season worth celebrating, and our Taste of Winter menu certainly gets the party started.
Seasonal choices, local suppliers, inspired combinations, beautiful flavours balanced with care: Chris Cleghorn and his team have (again) pulled out all the stops.
For £60 per person you get to experience three courses featuring the likes of spelt (from Sharpham Park in Somerset) with black winter truffle, and fallow deer from Cornbury Park in Oxfordshire with a salt-aged, beetroot soubise.
Not to mention our own, baked-here bread served with Ivy House Farm butter, also Somerset, also a star turn in its own right.
