As Hotel Manager, Magaly is responsible for the Queensberry Hotel’s guest experience. Magaly and her Front of House team have day-to-day responsibility for the smooth running of reception, housekeeping and driving the high standards we aspire to, with the aim to surpass all our guest expectations.

Adept at hospitality in all forms, from her native Switzerland where she was trained in a renowned hotel school, she has visited and worked all over the world – namely Italy, Spain, Qatar, Egypt, Costa Rica, France and now in the UK, most recently at Dormy House Hotel in the Cotswolds.

As Hotel Manager, Magaly is the face of the hotel both to guests and the tourism industry; it is convenient then, that she speaks no less than five languages!
